Greetings from Rain of Herbs! You accept the following terms and conditions by buying our handmade soaps. Before utilizing our products, please make sure you read them thoroughly.

1. Products and Availability

A range of handcrafted soaps produced with natural ingredients are available at Rain of Herbs. Because each soap is handmade, there may be some differences in size, shape, and color.
Availability affects every product. We will let you know when a product will be restocked or provide an alternate if it is currently out of stock.

2. Orders and Payments

We accept orders via email, phone, and our website.
Credit/debit cards and other safe payment gateways are among the many payment options we accept.
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed. We will get in touch with you personally if there are any problems with your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available inside India. There may be an extra fee for international shipping.

Depending on the location, shipping times can change. Our goal is to delivery every purchase in 7 working days.

It is the duty of customers to supply correct shipping information. Orders that are lost or delayed because of incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Since our products are handmade, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is delivered broken or defective.

Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving a goods if it is broken or defective. We will collaborate with you to find a solution, which may involve a refund or a replacement.

5. Use of Products

Although our soaps are created with natural components, consumers should test a patch before using them to be sure they won’t experience any allergic reactions.
Any harm, allergic reactions, or other negative consequences brought on by using our products are not our responsibility.
To extend the shelf life of soaps, consumers are advised to keep them out of the elements and in a cool, dry location.
